A: You can click on forgot password on the header with the Ideatalk logo

Q: What should I do if a hacker hacks my account

A: You should contact us via email our email is: [email protected] you must follow our steps and don't worry because we will lock your hacked account.

Q: How can I appeal my bans

A: You can appeal them by sending an email to us or using Ideamail we will give you a week to appeal your warnings and after the warnings your account will be penalized, this action will be final and you will not be able to recover your account after that.

Q: Do my warnings expire

A: No, your warnings do not expire. There have only been 2 cases about warnings being expired but currently warnings don't expire but they expire after the appeal period(7 days after the warning has been issued).
